Familiar to a business owner

Where are you losing visibility today?

Owners usually face three questions: where customers and revenue are being lost, what is happening right now, and which daily operations still depend on manual work.

Customers and revenue

Where did the enquiry come from, who responded, and why did the sale stop?

Sales

  • ×An incoming lead goes unanswered — and you never hear about it.
  • ×Your calls go unchecked — nobody knows how your rep spoke.
  • ×Where a deal stands lives only in your rep's head.
  • ×You cannot tell which channel paid your ad money back.

Supported by: CRM and sales · Call analysis · Marketing

Marketing

  • ×Your money keeps going into ads, but sales do not move.
  • ×You never count which campaign brought you the client.
  • ×Your leads from Instagram and Telegram never land in one place.
  • ×You do not know what one customer costs you (CAC).

Supported by: Marketing and ads · Social inbox

Customer work

  • ×Your client base lives on a rep's phone — they leave, it leaves.
  • ×You never sell again to past customers; they are forgotten.
  • ×A complaint goes unanswered and you never learn of it.
  • ×Instagram, Telegram and calls — your inbox is in three places.

Supported by: CRM and sales · Social inbox

Owner visibility

Can you see what is happening with cash, the team, and branches in one place?

Finance

  • ×Your daily cash sits in Excel and on paper — you see errors at month end.
  • ×Your debtor list is stale: who owes what is unclear.
  • ×You do not know what net profit is left after your costs.
  • ×Your staff assemble every report by hand — time and mistakes.

Supported by: Finance and accounting · BI and reports

Management and team

  • ×What you agreed in the meeting simply never gets done.
  • ×Your tasks get lost in Telegram, delivery goes unchecked.
  • ×What your staff did today is recorded nowhere.
  • ×You count KPI and bonuses by hand — and disputes follow.

Supported by: Tasks and projects · HR and KPI

Branches and control

  • ×Every branch of yours runs its own Excel — no single picture.
  • ×When you are away, the process slows down.
  • ×The same job is done differently in each of your branches.
  • ×You never compare branches — nobody sees who lags.

Supported by: Branch and network control · BI

Daily operations

Can you see stock and production issues before they become delays?

Inventory and supply

  • ×Your stock counts are wrong: sold goods still show as available.
  • ×Your money sits dead in items you over-ordered.
  • ×You keep supplier prices and debts in your head, not in a system.
  • ×You notice shrinkage only at the end of the month.

Supported by: Stock, supply and balances

Production

  • ×You have to call someone to learn what stage an order is at.
  • ×You do not know your true cost — your margin is a guess.
  • ×You count defects and rework nowhere.
  • ×You learn about a missed deadline when the client asks.

Supported by: Production and unit cost

Jarvis brings connected data together and shows where attention is needed. The final decision remains yours.

Inside the product

See how Jarvis brings data together and presents it to an owner.

These eight screens illustrate product capabilities. They are not real customer data or a promised result; the final view depends on connected sources and the agreed scope.

  1. 01

See which enquiries are still waiting for a response.

When channels and CRM data are connected, each enquiry can show its source, owner and response time in one place.

The team can identify delayed responses earlier.

  2. 02

Compare the performance of advertising channels.

When ad platforms and CRM data are connected, lead source, creative and customer-acquisition cost can be viewed together.

With enough data, a drop in channel performance can be identified earlier.

  3. 03

Bring connected financial data into one view.

When cash, receivables and expense sources are connected, data can be presented as Cash Flow and P&L under agreed rules.

With sufficiently complete data, an owner can review the position before month end.

  4. 04

See which stock items may need attention.

When an ERP or inventory system is connected, movement documents, stock levels and supplier data can be viewed together.

If data is updated on time, shortages and slow-moving stock can be identified earlier.

  5. 05

See task and KPI status in one place.

Within an agreed workflow, meeting decisions can appear as draft tasks, while KPIs can be calculated from available data under an approved formula.

A leader can review upcoming or missed deadlines and decide the next step.

  6. 06

Bring customer history into one record.

Data from Telegram, Instagram, telephony and complaint channels can be combined in a customer record where technical connections are available.

When access rights belong to the company, customer history remains available as staff members change.

  7. 07

Review order stages in one view.

When an ERP or production system is connected, stage, unit cost, margin, defects and delays can be brought into one view.

If data is kept current, the team can check order status in the system.

  8. 08

    Compare branches against shared measures.

When branch systems are connected, available results can be compared against agreed measures and standards.

A leader can remotely see which branch may need attention.

// Capabilities

Bring the business processes you need together with AI

These 13 modules show the product's capability range. You select only the modules you need; AI works within the connected data and agreed rules.

01

Marketing and ads

Connected ad-platform and CRM data helps compare channel, creative and customer-acquisition cost.

When enough data is available, underperforming campaigns can be identified earlier.

02

Every enquiry in one inbox

Requests from Telegram, Instagram, web chat and telephony with supported technical connections can be collected in a customer record under the agreed workflow.

The team can work from a shared queue and see requests that are still waiting for a response.

03

Call control

Calls from connected telephony with recording enabled can be transcribed and analyzed against criteria agreed with you.

Leaders can review available recordings consistently against those criteria.

04

CRM and sales pipeline

In a connected CRM, the deal stage, owner and next step are recorded under the agreed pipeline; the customer database stays under company control.

The team can check a deal status and planned next step in the CRM.

05

Stock and supply

Available ERP or inventory-system data brings together stock levels, supplier pricing and debts, and critical or slow-moving stock.

When data is updated on time, shortages and excess stock can be identified earlier.

06

Finance and cash

Cash, receivables and expense data from connected financial sources is combined into Cash Flow and P&L views under agreed rules.

With sufficiently complete data, financial position can be assessed during the reporting period.

07

Reporting and analytics

Daily, weekly or monthly reports by department, branch and service are produced from available connected-system data on an agreed schedule.

Manual preparation may be reduced for reports included in the automation scope.

08

AI assistant

The AI assistant answers questions from permitted data, flags deviations and suggests possible next steps.

Leaders review recommendations with the source information and make the final decision.

09

Tasks and assignments

In the agreed workflow, meeting decisions become tasks with an owner, due date and visible status.

The team can track unfinished tasks and approaching deadlines in one place.

10

Document flow

The status and due dates of contracts, invoices and acts are tracked in a connected document system.

When records are maintained accurately, stalled documents and approaching due dates are visible.

11

People and KPI

Employee activity, KPIs and bonuses can be calculated from connected HR and work-system data under an agreed formula.

Once the rules are approved, KPI results are easier to verify and explain.

12

Orders and unit cost

Connected ERP or production data brings an order’s stage, unit cost, margin, defects and delays into one view.

When data is kept current, the team can check order status in the system.

13

Branches and network

Available data from branch systems is compared against agreed metrics.

Leaders can remotely see differences between branches and situations that need attention.

An anonymized illustrative scenario

How cash movement could be tracked in a seven-location insurance business.

In this hypothetical scenario, a staff member visits seven locations each day, photographs ATM screens, sends the images to Telegram, and takes the cash to the bank. An administrator compares each image by hand before preparing the Paynet transfer. With an agreed configuration, Jarvis could bring data from connected sources together and help the owner review the day's status. This is not a real customer result.

Bringing image data into the system

In the configured workflow, an employee can send a photo; the ATM, date, and amount can be extracted and written to the database and Google Sheets for review.

A reminder for the next step

Once a bank payment is recorded, the system can remind the administrator about the Paynet transfer and preparation of the daily summary.

Comparing the day's position

When income and expense data is connected, the owner can compare the daily position across services.

// Questions

Before you book a consultation

Does Jarvis replace my CRM?

No. Jarvis works with data from your existing CRM, ERP, telephony, payment, and other systems. Each connection depends on technical capability, the access you provide, and the scope agreed with you.

How long does the launch take?

Timing depends on the selected process, integrations, and data readiness. After the free consultation, we run a scoped audit and agree the stages and timing in a written plan.

What does it cost?

It depends on which departments and tools we connect, so we decide it together on the free consultation. The consultation does not commit you to anything, and the site publishes no prices.

Who owns my data?

Consultation requests (name, phone, company, message, and budget) are stored on Jarvis servers and forwarded to the team through Telegram. If chat is enabled, a request is sent to Anthropic to prepare a reply; history stays in browser memory while the page is open. Terms for company data, access, and control are agreed with you in the contract.

Do I need developers?

In many cases, you do not need a dedicated developer on your side. An integration may still require administrator access, an API, or help from your system provider; we identify that during the audit.

// Get in touch

Let us first understand the business problem

In the free consultation, we identify where the Jarvis AI product can help. If you need CRM or ERP implementation, integrations, training, and technical handover, a separate scope is agreed with the jarvis.uz team.
