Call analytics

AI call analytics for sales teams

Jarvis AI analyzes your team's recorded sales calls after they end β€” in Uzbek, Russian or English β€” and turns each one into structured evidence: what the customer objected to, whether they qualified, which next step was agreed, and how the rep handled the conversation. Leaders see the patterns; every finding sits next to the original audio.

Why most sales calls go unheard

A head of sales with ten or more reps can listen to only a small share of the team's calls. The rest stay invisible: the price objection that keeps coming back, the meeting that was never booked, the customer who asked for a callback that nobody made.

The CRM shows that a call happened and how long it lasted. It rarely shows what was said, so call quality control ends up resting on a handful of calls, on the rep's own account of the conversation, or on the final number at the end of the month.

How AI call analysis works in Jarvis

Jarvis works after the call, never during it. On a recurring schedule it picks up eligible recorded calls from the connected phone system and processes each one in four steps.

  • Import: during assisted setup we connect a supported phone system β€” OnlinePBX today β€” and route each phone number to a sales Stream.
  • Transcription: the recording is transcribed in the language set for its Stream: Uzbek, Russian or English.
  • Analysis: the transcript is analyzed against the script and rules you configured for that Stream, so each sales motion is held to its own standard.
  • Hand-off: where AmoCRM or Bitrix24 is connected, the configured update is written back to the CRM.

Processing time varies with the audio, the integration and the AI provider's availability, so Jarvis does not promise a fixed turnaround.

What each analyzed call contains

Every call Jarvis analyzes produces a structured record instead of a paragraph of prose. Managers can filter and compare these fields across the whole team:

  • A short summary of the conversation and the categories it falls into.
  • A qualification verdict covering the customer's need, the budget signal and whether a decision-maker was on the call.
  • The objections the customer actually raised, and the next steps that were agreed β€” an empty next step is itself a red flag.
  • A deal-stage reading and a rep score on a scale of 1 to 10.
  • How closely the rep followed the script, and a followed / violated / not-applicable label for each rule, when the Stream has a script and rules.
  • The weak spot in the conversation and a suggestion for handling that moment differently.

What owners and heads of sales get

The dashboard brings the results together: total and analyzed call counts, the qualified rate, the average rep score, the most frequent objections and customer pains, and per-rep performance. Filters by date, Stream, rep, category, qualification and processing status narrow the list to the calls that need attention.

Each finding can be checked against the recording, because the audio plays next to the analysis. Daily management reports summarize the day in the product and can be sent to configured Telegram recipients. Reps see only their own calls and scores β€” that restriction is enforced when the data is queried, not just hidden in the interface.

What Jarvis does not claim

Jarvis publishes no accuracy percentage and no customer results. The rep score is a reading of one conversation against your Stream's script and rules, not a rating of a person and not a forecast of revenue. Only eligible recorded calls are analyzed, and analysis happens after the call: Jarvis does not listen in or prompt reps live.

Questions about AI call analytics

Which languages does the call analysis support?

Uzbek, Russian and English. The language is set per sales Stream, and the dashboard itself is available in all three languages.

Does Jarvis analyze calls while they are happening?

No. Jarvis analyzes recorded calls after they end, on a recurring schedule. It does not listen in or give reps live prompts.

Which phone systems and CRMs are supported?

OnlinePBX is the ready telephony adapter; AmoCRM and Bitrix24 are the ready CRM adapters. Other systems are listed as planned on the integrations page.

How accurate is the analysis?

Jarvis does not publish an accuracy figure. During assisted setup we validate the analysis on representative calls with your team, and every score sits next to the recording so a manager can check it.

Can I try it on one of my own calls?

Yes. The demo page accepts one audio file up to 20 MB and returns a transcript and the same structured analysis. Your name and phone are required before the analysis starts.
