Sales script compliance and rep coaching from real calls
Jarvis AI checks every analyzed call against the sales script and rules you set, scores how the rep handled it, and turns the gaps into coaching suggestions that managers control. Reps get specific feedback on their own calls; leaders see where the script breaks down across the team.
Why scripts break down on the phone
Most sales teams have a script, a list of qualifying questions and a few rules every rep should follow. Checking them means listening to calls, so in practice a manager reviews a handful each week and gives general advice long after the conversation.
The result is feedback that feels subjective to the rep and incomplete to the manager. Nobody can say how often the pricing step is skipped, which rule is broken most, or which rep needs help with objections rather than with closing.
How Jarvis checks calls against your script
Scripts and rules belong to the sales Stream, so new business, repeat sales and campaigns can each be held to their own standard:
- In the Stream settings you add the sales script and a list of short behavioral rules, such as confirming the budget before quoting a price.
- For each analyzed call, Jarvis records how closely the rep followed the script and labels every rule as followed, violated or not applicable.
- The call also gets a rep score on a scale of 1 to 10, the weak spot in the conversation, and a suggestion for handling that moment differently.
- During assisted setup we configure the first Stream with you and check the results on representative calls before the pilot widens.
Coaching that managers stay in control of
After a rep's calls are analyzed, Jarvis generates coaching suggestions with the reasoning shown next to them and delivers them to that rep's coaching view. A manager can edit a suggestion, add a note or retract it; the original AI wording is kept for the record.
Reps replay their own calls, read the score and the objections and next steps behind it, mark a suggestion as tried, and track goals they set for themselves. They do not see other reps' calls or scores, and there is no leaderboard on their side.
What managers get
For the head of sales, the same evidence rolls up into a coaching plan rather than a pile of recordings:
- Per-rep performance and average scores, with the individual calls behind every number.
- The objections and customer pains that come up most often, so training targets what customers actually say.
- Filters by Stream, rep, category and qualification to find the calls worth reviewing together.
- Daily management reports in the product and, if configured, in Telegram.
What is planned, not shipped
Today the script and rules are free text on each Stream, and coaching suggestions reach reps immediately, with manager edit and retract controls. A versioned, AI-assisted sales Playbook, assisted calibration of scoring criteria, and a setting that holds suggestions for manager approval before delivery are planned and not available yet. Jarvis also does not claim that a higher score leads to more sales.

Questions about script compliance and coaching
Does Jarvis coach reps during the call?
No. Jarvis analyzes calls after they end. Coaching suggestions are based on the finished conversation, not delivered as live prompts.
Can reps see each other's scores?
No. A rep sees only their own calls, scores, coaching and goals. The restriction is enforced when the data is queried, not just hidden in the interface.
Can a manager change what the AI suggests?
Yes. A manager can edit a suggestion, add a note or retract it. The original AI wording is kept, so there is a record of what was changed.
Do suggestions wait for manager approval before the rep sees them?
Not today. Suggestions are delivered to the rep straight away, and the manager can edit or retract them afterwards. A configurable approval step is planned.
Can different sales motions use different scripts?
Yes. Each sales Stream has its own language, script and rules, and calls are routed to a Stream by phone number.
